2nd September 2007, the 1st ever Malaysia International Fireworks Competition drew to a close after nearly 3 weeks of display at Putrajaya.

Being a bit fireworks crazy these days, I practially went to every single competition night. Fireworks photography for me is one of the most demanding and not to be missed for any reason… as they are by their nature transcient… one secodn they are burning brightly across the sky, the next moment they are nothing but tiny embers or ash falling from the sky.
